EPD

In order to reduce the administrative burden to a minimum, we are working via an electronic patient platform (EPD); the questionnaires are being sent and processed automatically such that the care provider can act swiftly.

 

The EPD allows us to respect the shared confidentiality. Every patient is protected. When the shared confidentiality is activated, we work via a “summarized electronic health record”; only the necessary information will be shared.

 

The employee’s data can be recorded via a separate portal. Each partner uses a different portal. The assignment of the care provider happens automatically. We request our care providers to get in touch with the employee within 24h, and strive for a first contact within 5 working days.

 

The new legislation regarding privacy protection has already been reflected. Our data office manager is Sofie Noiron (sofie@huisvoorveerkracht.be).
